By creating an account or using AstroParrot's website, app, calculators, AI Astrologer, live chat, or Store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Astrology, tarot, numerology, and horoscope content on AstroParrot are provided for entertainment and general guidance purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Decisions you make based on this content are your own responsibility.

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials and OTP codes confidential.
• One account per person; astrologer (agent) and admin accounts are provisioned separately and are not self-serve.

Some features — such as extended AI Astrologer usage, live chat with paid astrologers, and Store purchases — require payment, processed securely via Razorpay. Prices are shown before you pay. Live chat is billed per the astrologer's listed rate, where applicable.

Store orders are subject to product availability. Shipping timelines and return/refund eligibility are shown on the relevant product and order pages. Contact support for order issues.

Live chat connects you with independent astrologers for text-based consultation. AstroParrot facilitates the connection and payment but is not responsible for the specific content of an astrologer's advice. Video calling is not available on the website or this backend — it is offered only through the AstroParrot mobile app.

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting unauthorized access, abusing OTP or chat systems, or harassing astrologers or other users.

AstroParrot is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on astrology content.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
